After many people suggesting there should be a bonsai car boot sale in the South East of England, Adam Hadley of Hadori Bonsai stepped up to the mark and made it happen. Situated on the out skirts of Maidstone just off the M20 at junction 5, the location on a Farm was ideal, with plenty of car parking and room for many traders. A small display of exhibition trees for the visitors to admire and then cast their vote as to which was their favourite tree display. The winning tree was a Juniper owned by Lee Johnson, who received a magnificent pot donated and made by Andy Pearson of Stone Monkey Ceramics. This first event at this location was deemed successful enough to move forward with not just one, but two events booked for next year, so make sure you mark your diary for next year 20Mar22 & 18Sep22.
