East Anglian Bonsai Show
Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre, Twelve Acre Approach, Kesgrave, Suffolk. IP5 1JF.
Ipswich Bonsai Society hosted the 5th Annual East Anglian Show with over 60 trees on show to the public from 6 clubs. With a display of Suiseki by Amnon Paldi , Will Baddeley carving a large privet out side in the good weather we were lucky to have and over 30 tables of traders selling ever thing for our hobby there was plenty to keep over 200 visitors happy. The show was judged by Steve McKee who commented "he could see the standard of presenting and the trees are improving year by year"
This Year we had a new award for the Best tree in the show donated by the Norfolk Bonsai Association in memory of one of there members Richard Marjoram who sadly passed away last year.
